1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AmIHackable (“the Service”), operated by Benji Peskine (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

AmIHackable is an automated security scanning tool that analyzes publicly accessible websites for common security misconfigurations. The Service checks HTTP headers, exposed files, cookies, redirects, and other publicly observable signals.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Only scan websites that you own or have explicit permission to test
• Not use the Service to facilitate unauthorized access to systems
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service
• Not use automated tools to mass-scan URLs through the Service
• Not interfere with the operation of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are violating these terms.

4. Scan results and reports

Scan results are provided “as is” for informational purposes only. AmIHackable performs passive, non-intrusive checks on publicly accessible URLs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of scan results. A passing score does not mean your application is secure, and a failing score does not mean it is compromised.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmIHackable and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

7. Account and data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your scan data is stored as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

8. Free and paid plans

The free tier is subject to usage limits (scans per day, domains). Paid plans, when available, will be billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of your first paid month.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
